About IIC

Institution Innovation Council at MLRITM

Marri Laxman Reddy Institute of Technology & Management (MLRITM) is one of the top educational institutions in the state of Telangana. The institute hosts a vibrant and dynamic Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), built on four strong pillars—Design Thinking, Ideation, Intellectual Property, and Pre-Incubation.

MLRITM is committed to fostering innovation and entrepreneurship by transforming the innovative ideas and problem statements of students and faculty into technology-driven solutions supported by feasible business models.

The IIC conducts various programs and events to encourage students and faculty in areas such as design thinking, innovation, ideation, hackathons, and incubation. Through these initiatives, participants identify challenges from industry, society, and the market, develop ideas or Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and are supported in converting them into prototypes and viable business models.

This ecosystem helps create a strong pipeline of high-quality, technology-based potential startups from students, faculty, alumni, and innovators associated with the institute.

MLRS Innovation & Startup Foundation

Our center is registered as a Section 8 company under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Government of India, under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013. The registered name of our Section 8 company is MLRS Innovation & Startup Foundation .

The Innovation and Incubation Centre at MLRITM provides a dedicated space for young innovators and aspiring entrepreneurs to transform their ideas into viable business propositions. The Centre ensures that incubatees receive comprehensive technological support and guidance from mentors with multidisciplinary expertise.

We encourage enthusiastic students and young innovators with a passion for creativity and an entrepreneurial mindset to utilize this platform and benefit from the opportunities offered through this initiative.
